1. ⏱ Rental Duration

Your session time includes setup and cleanup. The rental begins at your scheduled start time, not upon arrival. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early — all sessions must end promptly at the scheduled time, and the studio should be left in its original condition.

2.  Payment Terms

Full prepayment is required only for selfie photo shoot sessions.
All payments are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Additional Charges:
• Extra time beyond your booking will be charged immediately after your session.

3. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? No problem — just do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
How:

• Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

Refund Policy:

• More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, regardless of the reason
• Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4.  No-Show Policy

If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted us, your session fee is non-refundable.

5.  Safety Protocol

IPlease follow all safety instructions. Do not unplug or tamper with any equipment, as this may cause technical issues or damage. Fees apply for violations.

6.  Studio Etiquette

Please be respectful and mindful of others. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in your session being ended without a refund.

7. Studio Condition

We offer a selection of backdrops for your shoot — please handle with care.
Damage to backdrops will result in a $100 replacement fee, plus the cost of any additional repairs to studio property.

8. 🚫 Prohibited Items

No alcohol or smoking inside the studio.
Violations will result in a $500 penalty.

9. Cleaning & Shoes

Help us keep the space clean for all clients:

• Please wear the replacement shoes we provide.
• If shooting on backdrops, bring an extra clean pair of shoes.
• Excessive mess may result in a $100 cleaning fee.

10. 🐾 Pets

We love your furry friends! But to keep things smooth:

• Pets must be approved in advance
• A signed Pet Policy Form is required
• Pets must be well-behaved, on leash or in carriers, and not cause any damage (See full Pet Policy for details.)

11. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Please double-check before leaving.

12. 📷 Image Quality

Self-shooting is fun and easy — but a few shots may turn out blurry due to movement.
For best results, try using the shutter every 2–3 seconds.
